What You'll Need
Entering a service request online is a fast and simple process; here are a few of the items that will make it easier to get going...
First, we'll try to locate your plan in our system. To do this, we'll need to search for your information using
your name, e-mail, phone number, etc. that would be associated with your plan purchase.
If you have a copy of your plan documents and/or receipt, that would be helpful as well (don't worry, if you don't have these, our FAQ page has plenty of tips on how to Start a Claim!).
We'll also need to get some digital photos of the damaged area(s) and the item itself as a part of the claim—you can either have those ready, or if you are entering the claim on your smartphone, take them while entering your information.
